Job Title: Plumber

Plumber Job Purpose:

Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures. Fixes domestic appliances, such as dishwashers and gas cookers. Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations.

Plumber Job Duties:

  1. Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
  2. Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquid
  3. Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
  4. Assembles fittings and valves for installation
  5. Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
  6. Uses saws and pipe cutters as necessary
  7. Installs heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters
  8. Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing
  9. Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
  10. Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
  11. Chooses plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building
  12. Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
  13. Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
  14. Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts
  15. Prepares bids and schedules and oversees other workers, such as apprentices and helpers

Job Title: HVAC Installer and Service Tech

Job Purpose:

This person will Diagnose, Service and Maintain, repair all residential and Commercial equipment such as A/C  units, heat pumps, FAU, wall mount units, ductless split systems and any commercial HVAC equipment that needs service/repair work as well as continue to build client service relationships. Must have knowledge of oil,electric and gas heaters. Possession of ability to operate industry standard tools 

Requirements:  

  1. E.P.A Certified
  2. Valid driver’s license
  3. Clean driving record
  4. 3 years field experience minimum
  5. Weekend and Overtime availability
  6. Time management

Job Title: Electrician

Job Purpose:

This person will diagnose, service and maintain/repair of all residential and commercial wiring, equipment and fixtures.  Ensure to that work is in accordance with relevant codes.  May install or service street lights, low voltage and electrical control systems.

Requirements:

  1. Journeyman level experience( Minimum 5 years)
  2. Valid drivers license
  3. Clean driving record
  4. Time Management

Job Duties:  

  1. Record required information with use of proper grammar, and clarity
  2. Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  3. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  4. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components.
  5. Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repair to ensure compliance with codes.
  6. Travel and navigation to scheduled service calls
